ClearSweep is developed and published by 365 Buttons LLC. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we do and don't collect.
Data Collection
Application Data
ClearSweep is a native Windows application that runs entirely on your local machine. The app:
- Does not collect any personal information
- Does not transmit any file names, paths, or content to our servers
- Does not track your usage patterns or behavior
- Does not contain analytics or telemetry
- Does not require an internet connection to function
Website Analytics
Our website (clearsweep.app) uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is a privacy-first analytics service that:
- Does not use cookies
- Does not track individual users across sites
- Does not collect personally identifiable information
- Provides only aggregate, anonymous metrics
Payment Information
ClearSweep is sold through Gumroad. When you purchase the app, Gumroad processes your payment and may collect:
- Email address (for license delivery)
- Payment method information
- Billing details
We do not have direct access to your payment information. Gumroad's privacy policy applies to payment transactions.
Local Data Storage
ClearSweep stores configuration and preferences locally on your computer in:
- Windows Registry (for settings)
- Application data folder (for cache and temporary files)
This data never leaves your computer and is deleted when you uninstall the application.
Third-Party Services

- Cloudflare: Web hosting and DDoS protection
- Gumroad: Payment processing and license delivery

Since we don't collect personal data, there's nothing for you to request access to, modify, or delete. You have complete control over any local data by simply uninstalling the application.
